CollECTeR (UNSW@ADFA) involves two active e-commerce researchers looking at issues of electronic commerce in government (e-Government) and electronic business generally. The principal point of contact for CollECTeR at ADFA is Tim Turner.
CollECTeR (Australian National University) is organized by the National Centre for Information Systems Research in ANU. The centre is co-directed by Professor Shirley Gregor. The primary aim of the Centre is to conduct research on business information systems and e-commerce relevant to industry and government. The group achieves this aim through close links with business organizations, industry associations, government bodies, consulting groups and leading researchers worldwide.

who is the Head of the Computer Systems Department in the Faculty of
Information Technology. Her research is concerned with the impact of
Internet and Mobile Commerce on government and business enterprises. Elaine
was lead author for the three editions of 'Internet Commerce: Digital Models
for Business', published by John Wiley & Sons.

Laboratory, University of Technology, Sydney.
CollECTeR (SEAR-University of NSW), directed by Associate Professor Rodger Jamieson is one of the research groups in the School of Information Systems, Technology and Management, namely SEAR - Security, E-Business, Assurance Research Group - which was established in March 2001. SEAR is a focus for research on security and assurance of information systems, primarily e-business systems. Research areas include e-crime and e-forensics, risk management, security, privacy, trust and assurance of e-business and e-government systems.

CollECTeR (University of Southern Queensland), is part of a small IS group within the Department of Information Systems which is focused on evaluation of turnkey e-commerce solutions and applications of e-commerce in small business.
South Australia
CollECTeR (University of South Australia), directed by Professor Paula M.C. Swatman is a part of the Information Systems Research Laboratory (InSyL) and focuses on the applications of the Information Economy to business, including: digital content; extending the rural supply chain; Virtual Presence and its impact on eTailing and the effects of eCommerce on remote, rural and regional Australia.
Tasmania
CollECTeR (University of Tasmania), directed by Dr Chris Keen is focused on the development of electronic commerce in small and medium sized enterprises and on industry sector restructuring to enable effective use of EC by that industry sector.
Victoria
CollECTeR (RMIT) is directed by Mohini Singh. Mohini Singh is Associate Professor of Information Technology and E-Business in the School. She specialises in e-business models and business issues, e-business performance evaluation, e-government and e-administration, e-business relationship management and e-procurement.
CollECTeR (University of Melbourne) is directed by Dr. Sherah Kurnia. Current research topics include the theory of inter-organisational systems adoption, B2B technologies and supply chain management, EC adoption in developing countries, the impact of mobile technology on social capital, mobile commerce adoption, IOS adoption maturity, the adoption of broadband technology, adoption of online grocery shopping and the impact of 2-factor authentication on the Internet banking and impact of e-procurement.

CollECTeR (Swinburne University of Technology), is directed by Yun Yang and Phil Joyce as a part of the Centre for Internet Computing and Electronic Commerce, CICEC. Current research areas include: SME adoption and use of electronic commerce, supply chain management, industry level adoption of EC, legal and ethical issues, trust in EC and strategic use of EC. A major focus of the research group is the development of Internet based eBusiness ventures. CICEC are taking current e-business models from both the current literature and those developed by the group and capturing and classify these models in a way to allow the simulation, visualisation and rendering of these models for a wide range of industries. This will enable exciting possibilities in terms of simulation, feasibility testing and exploration of “what if ” scenarios to discover new and innovative eBusiness models.
CollECTeR (University of Ballarat), directed by Professor Gerrard Anderson is part of the Centre for Electronic Commerce and Communications (CECC). This Centre has a particular focus on Electronic Commerce and regional development, including the role of SMEs, health informatics, supply chain management in the pharmaceutical industry, and the role of EDI in government information services and purchasing systems.
CollECTeR (Australian Catholic University), directed by Dr Elsie S. K. Chan, is part of a small Information Systems group within the School of Business and Informatics at Melbourne campus. It focuses on e-commerce / e-business education, e-markets and e-business models.
Western Australia
CollECTeR (Edith Cowan University), is based in our Working for e-Business (We-B) centre directed by Professor Janice Burn and Professor Craig Standing within the School of Management Information Systems. The centre offers full research and consultancy services in e-business throughout West Australia and has a very strong focus on small and medium enterprise research, IT evaluation and e-government.
